HK-SP1600 Single Pass Printer:

The machine is a single-pass water-based ink printer .

Equipped with an Epson A3+ printhead, ensuring long printhead life and stable operation.

Offers three print resolutions: 1600×600 DPI, 800×600 DPI, and 400×600 DPI,

Maximum print speeds of 12 m/min, 24 m/min, and 48 m/min respectively.

Customize various print widths to meet the specific application requirements of different clients.

We have successfully implemented systems capable of accommodating up to six print heads, achieving a maximum print width of 1,980 mm.

HK-SP1200 Single Pass Printer:

Uses UV ink and utilizes Ricoh’s G5 or G6 printheads, offering a long print head life and stable operation.

Offers three print resolutions: 1200×600 DPI, 600×600 DPI, and 300×600 DPI.

Maximum print speeds are 12 m/min, 24 m/min, and 48 m/min, respectively.

Single-pass UV printers offer advantages such as high speed, ease of operation, and compatibility with assembly lines for high-volume production.

They can print on a wide variety of materials, including metal, glass, tile, acrylic, wood, cardboard, and plastic.

Single-pass digital UV printers are primarily used in the packaging industry, producing cartons, hang tags, plastic bags, billboards, menus, and equipment labels.

If the printing substrate is non-woven fabric, you may opt for a 1200 x 300 DPI printing mode; with a configuration of two colors per printhead, this offers a cost-effective application solution.

Roll to roll Single Pass Printer:

This machine is available in two models.HK-SP1600B: A water-based roll-to-roll digital printer, using an EPSON print head, primarily for water-based label applications;HK-SP1200B: A UV roll-to-roll digital printer, using a RICOH G5 print head, primarily for UV-transfer applications.

Whether using water-based or UV inks, you can choose between double-sided and single-sided printing.

Single Pass Printer Feeder:

The primary function of a single pass printer feeder:

1)automatically and accurately feed paper to the positioning

2)printing device according to a specific pattern, ensuring a continuous and stable printing process.

Its performance directly impacts the efficiency and print quality of an singlepass digital printer.

Automatic Paper Feeding: A mechanical device automatically draws paper from the paper tray and delivers it to the printing area, reducing manual intervention.
Precise Positioning:Ensures that paper enters the printing area at a fixed interval and orientation, preventing deviation or misalignment.
Smooth Operation:Maintains stable paper tension to prevent jams or wrinkles that affect printing results.

Adaptable to Various Paper Sizes:Supports paper feeds of various sizes.

There are two main types of feeders: a friction feeder and a vacuum feeder, each designed for different applications.

Book Edge Printer:

Single Pass Book edge printers are primarily used to print personalized patterns, text, or brand logos on the sides or edges of books, notebooks, and other items.

Suitable for cultural and creative products, luxury brochures, advertising materials, industrial design samples, and other fields.

Can also print photos, mottos, corporate logos, or specific patterns on the edges of books based on customer needs.

Suitable for gift books, commemorative albums, and other scenarios, enhancing product uniqueness and added value.

The printers can use either the EPSON I3200 or HP printheads.

I3200 printhead offers a long lifespan and stability, but it’s more expensive and is a newer model.

HP printhead has a shorter lifespan but is cheaper and is an older model.

Customers can choose a printer based on their budget.

We generally recommend EPSON printheads, but if they insist on HP printheads, we can also offer printers with HP printheads.
